BisectHosting
Benchmarked July 2025
BisectHosting charges $12/mo for the plan we tested, running on Ryzen 7700X with 4 GB of RAM. It lands in our enterprise tier, strongest at chunk generation and weakest at disk I/O. Be aware its scores swing ~39% run-to-run β usually a sign of a shared CPU. Support replied within minutes when we asked for help.
What You Need to Know

β The Bad
Scores swung ~39% across runs β a sign of a shared or oversold CPU.
The Bottom Line
BisectHosting is a enterprise option that shines at best-in-class chunk generation, but watch out for inconsistent performance.
BisectHosting's Ryzen 7700X is one of the faster machines in our lineup, and it shows in the demanding workloads β it tops the field for chunk generation, redstone, and block updates. On the flip side, disk i/o lands at just 54% of the category leader, with multi-threading at 57% β worth weighing if your server leans on that. More importantly, its scores swung ~39% across our 30 runs. That kind of variance almost always points to a shared CPU, so performance can drop noticeably at peak hours. Bottom line: genuinely quick on a good run, but the inconsistency makes it a gamble for a busy, always-on community.
Hardware
The test server posts a hardware score of 315 β enterprise-grade for a Minecraft host (Ryzen 7700X, 8 cores). Its Minecraft performance lands roughly 29% below what that hardware should manage, which usually points to virtualisation overhead or a shared/throttled machine. Among the 2 hosts we tested on comparable hardware, it ranks #1.

Support
π¬ Getting help
Support is community-only via Discord β there's no ticket system. When we asked how to install a Hunger Games plugin, they told us to drag-and-drop it into the plugins folder. Not bad advice, but counter-intuitive given they have a one-click plugin installer right there in the panel.
πͺ Cancelling
Wouldn't cancel it for us β told us to file a separate request, with extra hoops.

How we test
- Custom Minecraft plugin running 140+ standardized measurements
- A macro test of 5 runs, repeated across three timezones
- Uptime monitored for the full month of the subscription
- Multiple runs aggregated, with variance tracked for consistency
